Kenya Consulate in the Kingdom of Morocco was commissioned on 19th February, 2010 with a mandate to promote, project and protect the image and interests of Kenya and her citizens in the Kingdom of Morocco. Prior to this, Kenya Embassy, Cairo was and is still accredited to the Kingdom of Morocco.

Until date, the Consulate handles various matters such as Immigration and consular services, education, tourism, trade and investment.


  • To promote bilateral relations with Morocco through dynamic and mutually beneficial co-operation with their respective governments and people.
  • To promote and protect Kenya’s national interests.
  • To promote trade and investment between Kenya and Morocco.
  • To promote tourism between Kenya and Morocco.
  • To enhance official and business visits at all levels of public and private sectors.
  • To argue the case for Kenya as a safe and competitive investment destination because of her strategic location, political stability cost effective and trained labour force and efficient telecommunication system.
  • To promote the benefits of a wider market through membership of the East African Community and the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA).
  • To provide consular services to Kenyans in Morocco.
  • To provide entry visas and information for all visitors to Kenya.

Office Hours

The working hours of the Consulate are from 09:30 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 18:00, from Monday to Friday, except on Kenyan and Moroccan national holidays.

All appointments with the Consul have to be confirmed in prior through the secretary.

All visa applicants should avail themselves to the consulate office with the necessary documents before 14:30.
